You don't need any of the expensive payment providers. The Magento Extension "Invoice Payment" has all you need for letting your customers purchase on account. Because of many configuration options you can decide, which customer can pay on account and how high his order may be. You can exclude different countries or customer groups and set a minimum and maximum order amount. To get a higher flexibility, you are able to configure unlimited order amount tiers and limits. There you can choose between total order amount or total number of orders. All customers will be identified by their email adress, so it works also for guest customers. After Ordering, you can automatically create a magento invoice or create them semiautomatically via invoice or order grids. In contrast to other Magento Invoice Extension, you can choose invoice status at creation. So invoice stay open in your Magento Store, until they are captured. You always have an overview about your unpaid invoices. You can mark them as paid, easily through the Grids at Magento Backend. Additionally you can send automatically an email to your customer, if you have recieved payment, or if the customer has forgotten to pay his invoice, you can send a payment reminder email after a view days.
